Field Marketing Specialist

The main mission of the marketing specialist is to Further strengthen the Nilfisk brand and create business development through strong lead management and through meaningful customer interactions.

As Marketing Specialist for Turkey, you will report to the Head of Marketing, EMEA South, and you will have an essential role, with the rest of the Field Marketing team, to:

Drive impact in alignment with the marketing strategy for the country

  • Support the implementation of the marketing strategy to help position Nilfisk as a strong player in the country
  • Demonstrate business impact and ROI with defined KPI’s for all marketing activities
  • Support key customers and contract cleaners on a needs-basis to drive joint marketing activities to deliver growth
  • Identify local opportunities and trends to drive demand and deliver on Global Campaign KPIs ​
  • Generate local content on a need basis to ensure global activities resonate with the local audience to deliver on KPIs
  • Build a strong collaboration with local sales and service teams to deliver business impact

  • Proactively work with internal stakeholders to secure and lead the implementation of marketing plans in alignment with commercial priorities to drive business growth
  • Help build a result orientated culture based on insights and data. Tracking and aligning on KPI’s including performance monitoring with sales and service leadership.​

  • Main areas of responsibility:

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns on all platforms, such as segment-based campaigns, a marketing program for the dealers, print advertisement and digital content
  • Localize marketing material received from Global Marketing for the country and develop content for marketing collateral on a need basis to ensure local market relevance.
  • Proactively work with internal stakeholders on the impactful implementation of marketing initiatives. Align with sales and other important stakeholders on key activities by channel and KPIs
  • Coordinate and participate in trade fairs/events across the country. This includes planning from start to finish and ensuring that expected outcome is fulfilled (lead management)
  • Arrange dealer events, where you and the project management team are responsible for agenda and content at the event
  • Meet with customers on a needs-basis together with a sales representative or KAM
  • Validate translations of marketing material
  • Marketing qualification of leads and campaign set-up in SalesForce
  • Own the local marketing plan and support on management of the local marketing budget, working towards a higher ROI on marketing activities
  •  Support the development of new content, articles and SoMe initiatives on a regional basis
  • For the Product Management role, main activities will be:

  • Coordination of new product launches
  • Product administration
  • Support customers on technical requests and solutions 
  • Enable new sales opportunities through training, market intelligence and appropriate value argumentation
  • Support sales with information on products and solutions
  • Collaborative Marketing Specialist with a high drive

    We imagine you have 3-5 years of experience as a generalist marketeer from a B2B business with experience on key account marketing. It would be beneficial if you have worked in a large organization before. As we work with SalesForce, Pardot and Umbraco, it would be a plus if you have experience with these tools (or other CRM and CMS systems). Native Turkish speaking and a high level of English is required.

    On a more personal level, you use your excellent communication skills when you influence your stakeholders. You have a commercial focus and proactively suggest ways to generate and improve lead quality. You are service minded, but not afraid to challenge your stakeholders when needed. You are a structured project manager and you have the drive to ensure that the projects are completed and successful to specified deadlines. Last but not least, you have attention to details and an entrepreneurial mindset.
