    Scope of Position

    As an inside Sales person, you will develop and execute sales strategies in order to deliver joint value propositions across the sales team, coordinate and lead joint sales activity between operations and sales representatives.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain CRM and Leads Management 
  • Industry market mapping
  • Competition market intelligence
  • Create and verify leads
  • Provide support and first-class customer service 
  • Support sales with bids, quotes and follow up on proposals timely
  • Occasional Joint calls with Sales Team members
  • Maintain Expeditors Brand Identity integrity for all out-going documents
  • Prepare slides for weekly Sales Meetings
  • Support customer visits, seminars and customer focus groups
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management
  • Marketing:

  • Promote any available marketing material and tools
  • Creating/ordering marketing materials, (e.g. calendars, cups)
  • Consolidate itineraries for foreign visitors and arrange site visits based on sponsor´s instructions
  • Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Operational background preferable
  • Ability to execute task/job functions with limited oversight and direction
  • Understanding of sales & marketing a plus
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
  • Strong geographical knowledge
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
