    Requirements

    Requires degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics and Industrial Relations.

    Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience preferably as a Generalist or Business Partner in software / tech companies

    Must be fluent in English and Turkish both orally and written.

    Well knowledge of labor laws in Turkey

    Well understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

    Requires excellent organization skills for balancing all activities and keeping detailed records.

    Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

    Ability to work effectively with all functions in a dynamic work-environment

    A Self-starter and results-oriented mindset

    Excellent communication skills

    Building and maintaining internal client relationships

    Excellent content (policies, forms, etc.) writer

    Requirements
